Srujani is a strategist with a growth mindset. She has extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand building and business innovation. She has intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial work experience in diverse industries, focusing on building unique and successful e-commerce brands and digital products from scratch. She believes in doing business with purpose, which inspired her to launch her own sustainability-driven venture that employed local women artists.
As a creative problem-solver who understands the root cause of customer pain points, Srujani brings her expertise in consumer and competitor market research, value proposition development, marketing strategy and brand building to the team of Connectors.
When she’s not strategizing at BTI, Srujani loves to travel and explore new cuisines, often at the same time. She spends her weekends visiting restaurants with interesting menus or learning to cook something new. She loves to host friends and family for meals, so her place is a weekend hangout place for many.
