One Heart Care, a premier cardiac clinic based in Mississauga, had recently completed a rebrand to better reflect its state-of-the-art capabilities and patient-first approach. With a growing reputation and a clear vision for the future, the clinic identified an opportunity to align its digital presence with its refreshed brand. The existing website, while informative, wasn’t fully optimized to support audience engagement, referrals, or digital communications. These insights shaped a modern, accessible and user-focused website with dedicated sections for patients, referring physicians, and potential partners. The new design improved navigation and engagement. Referring physicians could choose from multiple referral pathways and access details on upcoming physician events. Patient-focused resources included appointment guides, test instructions, and cardiologist information. The About Us page featured detailed bios linked to each cardiologist’s LinkedIn profile, adding credibility. Additional features included newsletter sign-ups and online testimonial submissions for both patients and physicians. Innovation was spotlighted through a dedicated page featuring industry partnerships, training tools, and events, with a built-in partner inquiry form. The website was delivered via a structured rollout across strategy, content, UX, and development.
