BTI implemented a pre-launch strategy that included developing a landing page with an incentive for signing up for emails via a special early-bird offer. Google ads were used to drive traffic to this landing page, effectively building a mailing list for the official launch and future communications. Social media accounts were established and a Google presence was created to showcase service offerings and business details. An app was developed, enabling customers to place orders seamlessly from their phones and a comprehensive website was designed, outlining how factory direct dry cleaning works, highlighting membership benefits and encouraging website visitors to schedule a pick up and become a member. With a complete digital presence established, BTI focused on targeted promotions via email, SMS, social media advertisements as well as a print collateral campaign in collaboration with Canada Post. This multifaceted campaign engaged consumers through various touch points ensuring launch messaging was everywhere our target audience was.
