Challenge

One Heart Care, a leading cardiac clinic in Mississauga, wanted to deepen its connections with general practitioners (GPs) or physicians to strengthen collaborative care and drive referrals. The goal was to offer regular educational events; however, without a formal process or system, reaching physicians in a consistent and engaging way proved challenging. The clinic needed a strategy that would build trust, drive sign-ups, and be easy to replicate. BTI Brand Innovations was brought in to create a turnkey solution, a full-service approach to support outreach, registration, and long-term event planning.

The event series was branded Heart Horizons, a name that reflects ongoing learning and leadership in cardiovascular care. The series aimed to help GPs or physicians stay informed, connect with industry experts and empower their practice. A dedicated landing page was built linking directly to registration and contact forms. Invitations were created in both digital and faxable formats, making it easy for participants to access event details and RSVP. BTI also managed the Eventbrite setup, including custom listings, automated reminders, and a reusable template for future events. Supporting materials included a clear, well-designed handout outlining the clinic’s services and referral process, along with a presentation template for speakers. Everything was built for ease of reuse, enabling smoother execution of future events. Once the initial setup was complete, BTI continued to support the clinic on a quarterly basis to deliver these sessions seamlessly.
