Strawberry Fields, also known as Southfields Village of Caledon is a community known for its rich heritage and traditional country living charm. Times change and the demand for a more relaxed lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the big city is growing fast. The desire to move away from large metropolitan areas is high, yet people are still unwilling to give up many of the “big city” conveniences.

The aim for this exciting development project was to create a brand full of country charm with a contemporary twist to help attract city dwellers looking to explore their inner country chic but still wanting certain conveniences of the city life. A brand identity was created that kept true to the Strawberry Fields charm, hints of gold were used to give this project a unique and upscale advantage over the surrounding real estate development competition. Site signage, website, digital brochure and ads were developed to quickly build brand awareness and highlight the unique benefits, amenities and variety of suite options Strawberry Fields Residences had to offer.

Within the first two weeks of launching, the development sold 50% of its available suites. The burgeoning community of Caledon Villages was quickly becoming known as the “Hamptons of the North”. This campaign tugged at the heartstrings of the community and marketing industry experts – earning BTI the award for “Best of Show” at the Summit International Awards.
