To create brand advocates out of retail sales associates by empowering them with product knowledge through hands-on training. With the rapid progress of new appliance innovations, it’s important that appliance retail sales associates are kept in the loop and are on top of their game when it comes to product knowledge.

Solution
BTI conceptualized a cross country training experience designed to engage, excite, and educate retail sales associates on the latest home appliance innovations from the Whirlpool Canada family of brands which include Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid and JennAir. Each show begins at the main stage to generate excitement and sizzle. From there, teams move on to ‘Break-Out’ rooms for more in-depth training. Finally, everyone gathers back together at the main stage to review and discuss the learnings and main take-away points… Plus, there are tons of prizes and giveaways to keep the crowd excited.
Every year BTI builds the roadshow from the ground up, developing the theme and all communication materials such as e-mail invites, the registration website, event signage and product literature. BTI also provides a turn-key solution from generating sign-ups to booking venues, planning set-ups, logistics, on-site management and event coordination.
