Case Study: Strawberry Fields

The Southfields Village of Caledon is known for its rich heritage and traditional country lifestyle. Residential developer, Chacon Developments, saw this location as an opportunity to embrace purposeful growth for those seeking a more rural landscape, while maintaining the convenience that a big city offers. They came to BTI with a tall order – create a brand that’s full of country charm with a contemporary twist.
BTI got to work to create a look that would pique the interest of city dwellers dreaming of more. The result was to first align on the project name of Strawberry Fields Residences and then build out the brand identity that used traditional country imagery, paired with modern style and colours, to give a premium and balanced finish.
BTI created all marketing materials required for an effective brand awareness campaign. This included site signage, a website, digital brochures and advertisements, all highlighting the unique benefits, amenities and variety of suite options available.
The launch of Strawberry Fields was a huge success – there was an overwhelming flood of interest in the new development, and sold 50% in the first two weeks.
