Challenge
In response to the Extended Producer Responsibility (ERP) legislation being enacted globally within the recycling industry, a new technology company emerged to develop a recycling reporting management solution. The software would simplify the reporting process while also ensuring accuracy and compliance, and therefore achieving greater productivity. Despite these huge benefits, rounding up investors and selling this solution to an industry using out-dated processes was the real challenge.
Solution
Diversys brought BTI on as their marketing agency to develop the brand and build communication tools and launch materials to support the sales team in acquiring funds. BTI designed an ownable logo and developed a series of custom icons. A teaser video and an intro website were built to announce the upcoming software and generate leads of possible investors. Content heavy investor and customer decks, along with a 2-page leave behind, were designed for sales presentations. The collection of tools equipped the sales team for numerous pitch opportunities.
Result
The sales tools effectively translated complex information and ideas into understandable language and graphics. Diversys acquired their investment goal, and more, allowing them to continue into development with secured funds and future clients.
