We understand entrepreneurs because we are entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur is defined as someone who walks the unwalked path, who does things that have not been done before, and who creates demand and opportunity for things that we didn’t even know we wanted or needed. Recognizing that the traditional agency model was broken, we developed a new agency model that welcomes entrepreneurs and brings innovation and change to solving not just marketing problems, but also business problems.

There is a special place for underrepresented entrepreneurs at BTI as we acknowledge that pervasive inequity continues to exist in the start-up world. Therefore, to provide a level playing field for entrepreneurs, BTI has created a funding and support program called VOICE Grant Program for entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups, such as but not limited to BIPOC, youth, women, 2SLGBTQI+, persons with disabilities, minority cultural groups, etc., so that they have the resources and opportunities to succeed in their industry.
