Many healthcare experiences begin with a question, not an appointment. Can I trust this organization? What happens next? Am I prepared? Where does the referral go?
News From The Studio
At BTI, every month brings new opportunities to learn, innovate, and celebrate. From skill-building sessions to milestone achievements and moments of recognition, here’s a look at what’s been happening in our studio this month.
Continuous Learning: The Heart of BTI’s Creative Culture
At BTI, continuous learning isn’t just encouraged, it’s essential to how we create, strategize, and drive impact. That’s why each month, we come together for our Lunch N Learn series, exploring emerging tools and industry trends that shape our work. Here is a look at two enriching Lunch N Learn sessions from Q1:
In one of the sessions, BTI designer Christine shared key takeaways from her Figma course, sparking a dynamic discussion on optimizing workflows and enhancing collaboration. As we integrate this powerful design tool into our processes, we’re unlocking new efficiencies in website development, ensuring even smoother project execution for our client partners.
In another session, our communications manager, Brittany, led an engaging conversation on the power of social media. Beyond just a marketing tool, social media shapes culture, sparks conversations, and builds connections. Brittany highlighted how every part of our team, design, content, strategy, and analytics work together to create meaningful digital experiences. By refining our approach and embracing new insights, we ensure that social media is the foundation for modern brand engagement.
Triple 5 Stars: A Quarter of Growth, Celebration, and Vision
March marked a major milestone at BTI with the successful completion of our full strategic planning program. This initiative closed an important chapter of reflection, collaboration, and bold visioning, solidifying our momentum for 2025. Under the Q1 theme of Triple 5 Stars, we strengthened our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for ourselves and our partners. Throughout the quarter, we focused on improving current projects and expanding new opportunities. By hitting our Q1 goals, we demonstrated the power of clear focus, purposeful execution, and a unified team effort.
This month, we celebrated our Q1 goal achievement with an immersive dining experience at Mishree, enjoying an evening of handcrafted cocktails, elevated Indian cuisine, and meaningful connection. It was a well-earned moment to recognize the hard work and passion that fuel BTI’s continued success.
Looking ahead, we are excited to launch into the next chapter with our Q2 theme, Vision 20-20. This focus will sharpen our strategies, strengthen our impact, and drive new growth. More updates on this exciting journey will be shared soon.
Doing What We Do Best, Right at Home
Last month, we partnered with a community non-profit right here in our own neighbourhood, the Streetsville BIA (Business Improvement Area), an organization deeply committed to the people, the place, and the future we share. Together, we helped refine their vision and direction through a series of collaborative sessions, from early-stage ideation to board-wide presentation. It was a meaningful project built on shared purpose, mutual trust, and creative momentum.
Stay tuned, there will be more details on our collaboration coming soon!

LESSONS FROM THE WORK: People Trust What Feels True
That was one of the clearest lessons from our work supporting Canada Beef’s Keeping It Real Since Forever campaign. At a time when alternative and simulated meats were shaping public conversation, the opportunity was not to create a complicated counterargument.
