The BTI Connectors are always dreaming, but since it is January, what better time to set some intentions for the year ahead?
Read on to find out what we’re thinking about and prioritizing for 2024:
Parveen Dhupar
My desire for 2024 would be to see if all leaders of political parties in every country around the world could rally around the John Lennon plea to “Give Peace A Chance”. The media has shared nothing but “war news” over the last few years. It would be great, if for once, the media rallied around news that actually brought about peace and happiness. I commit to continue to do my part by spreading happiness and by bringing people of different views together to learn and grow from each other.
Ritu Dhupar
My New Year’s hopes and intentions for 2024 include seeing a better society for all… peace, friendship, all people being sheltered and food insecurity being non-existent. I will do my part in any way I can to contribute to these goals.
Shashi Ghai
My New Year’s intention is one word, “FOCUS.” Focus on me: my health, my happiness. Focus on family and friends: spend more time with the ones you love. Focus on my community and take the time to give back. Focus on work and the success of the BTI team!
Danny D’Amario
My intentions for 2024 are to find balance and happiness in my life and to spend more quality time with my family.
Srujani Chand
My goal is to practice mindfulness. I want to pay more attention to things that positively affect and energize me, especially in my personal life. I would also like to spend more time living in the moment instead of always planning for what’s coming next.
Shelly Branch
I know it sounds cliché but my biggest wishes for 2024 would be for world peace, to put an end to worldwide hunger, and for everyone to find true happiness. As for my part, I will do whatever I can to contribute towards the realization of my wishes including, although it feels inconsequential compared to the current need, my family will continue to contribute as much as possible to the local food banks and relevant charities.
Emily Taraborrelli
I like to keep my New Year’s intentions concise. Last year, I incorporated more fish and seafood into my diet, and this year, I want to continue my physical strengthening journey and become very selective with what I buy and accumulate.
Chesney Williams
My New Year’s hopes for 2024 include continued health and happiness for friends, family and loved ones. My intentions include finding ways to enjoy life a little bit more and travel somewhere…not sure where yet, but somewhere.
Naina Trivedi
My personal New Year’s intention is to work harder to get into the best physical and mental state possible and to try more formats of art than in previous years. I plan on taking more trips to reignite the traveller spirit in me.
Jinto Mani
My 2024 intentions are to be master in my trade and try photography, spend more time chatting with my toddler, travel to India to visit family, and prioritize my physical and mental health.
Jeff Kim
This year, I want to focus on eating healthy. I am facing minor health issues as a middle-aged man, so I need to take my family doctor’s recommendations more seriously this time. I also want to head back to the gym. This is the most common New Year’s resolution made year after year. In 2024, I also want to spend more time learning about AI tools and software that can improve workflow.
Christine Kao
This year I would like to complete another sketchbook, pick up reading again and finish a book series, go to more live events and concerts, wrap up more home improvement projects, and take my family on more trips!
