News From The Studio
For BTI, the start of the year is an intentional reset, an opportunity to reflect, refocus, and move forward with purpose. As we turn the page on 2025, our team has taken a moment to share the resolutions that are shaping our vision for the year ahead.
From personal commitments to creative ambitions and studio-wide goals, these reflections span the full spectrum of who we are, as people and as professionals. Whether it’s building stronger client partnerships, pushing creative boundaries, or embracing personal growth, each resolution represents a step toward progress, grounded in the values that guide everything we do.
Parveen: My 2026 intention is a “Relentless Pursuit Toward What Matters Most”- the 7 key pillars (Relationship, Health, Business, Personal Growth, Wealth, Family, and Spirituality) that complete my life and guide my annual vision board. This is about being Obsessed with clarity, disciplined in execution, cutting out the noise of distractions and staying laser focused only on the direction of the signal.
Ritu: My intention for 2026 is to finally experience a river cruise and make it an active adventure by choosing itineraries that include hiking and cycling at each port.
Shashi: For 2026, my guiding word is Connection. I intend to spend more meaningful time with family and friends, while deepening my give-back through the CIBC Run for the Cure by supporting my volunteer committee, our supporters, and the inspiring people I meet along the way.
Srujani: In 2026, I’m focusing on balance. I intend to create more harmony between productivity and rest by making time for what matters most, nurturing relationships, prioritizing my holistic well-being, enjoying what I love, seeing friends more often, and building a consistent journaling practice.
Emily: My intention for 2026 is to filter out the noise and focus on what matters most, using my time more intentionally and enjoying it more fully.
Danny: In 2026, I intend to move forward with calm confidence, speak honestly, and live my values every day.
Brittany: For me, 2026 is about joy. I intend to embrace joy in big family adventures and in the quiet, meaningful moments I share with my kids while they’re little.
Thera: In 2026, I’m choosing love and presence with intention. With major milestones ahead, I want to move through the year with more gratitude, more joy, and more time for what truly matters, slowing down to fully experience and celebrate each moment.
Jeff: My intention for 2026 is to prioritize my health by increasing my cardio to support healthy blood pressure, and to find a new home that offers more space to grow.
Christine: My intention for 2026 is to stay active and connected. I plan to restart my running routine, win at least five pickleball matches, and spend meaningful time with my family in Portugal.
