Facilitating continuous learning: Insightful session on DEIB trends
This month’s BTI Academy was a vibrant platform for knowledge sharing, with one of the connectors, Naina, taking the lead. The presentation on the DEIB Trends of 2024 was enlightening — discussing the 5 big trends related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) in marketing and how BTI can adopt these trends to be truly inclusive. The session concluded with Parveen sharing his vision regarding the launch of the VOICE Grant Program. These monthly BTI Academy highlights our dedication to nurturing a culture of continuous curiosity and learning.
Celebrating our team: Employee Appreciation Day
At BTI, we believe in appreciating and supporting our team every day. However, Employee Appreciation Day gave us a special opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate each other’s contributions explicitly. Parveen sweetened the day with delicious treats and expressed heartfelt thanks to the team.
