Uniting an organization through storytelling and design


Volunteer MBC’s services have evolved over the years to meet the needs of the changing community, but their branding was untouched and in need of a refresh. Our challenge was to mirror VMBC’s strategic priorities with new branding while honouring their rich and symbolic history.


BTI worked closely with Volunteer MBC to develop a new tagline, mission, vision and value statements. Based on this new brand pyramid, we then created a new logo and style guide, and new collateral items including business cards, letterhead, a 6-page brochure, and website refresh recommendations.


The result is a captivating brand look that embraces the Volunteer MBC history with a modern and playful twist to carry them into their next chapter. The messaging that supports their look is impactful and concisely tells the story of who Volunteer MBC is in a memorable and engaging way.
