See, Touch and Feel – Turning Sales Associates into Brand Advocates


Create brand advocates out of retail sales associates by empowering them with product knowledge through hands-on training.


BTI conceptualized a cross country training experience designed to engage, excite, and educate retail sales associates on the latest home appliance innovations from Whirlpool brand. We built the roadshow from the ground up, developing the theme and all communication materials such as e-mail invites, the registration website, event signage and product literature. BTI also managed all logistics, venue needs, audio-visual, onsite event coordination and supported the best-in-class training from the Whirlpool team to provide a complete comprehensive sales training program.


Whirlpool’s 2017 Innovations Roadshow garnered an attendance of over 4000 retail sales associates in 14 cities nationwide, breaking all previous attendance records. Post event surveys amongst attendees indicated a 96% satisfaction rate. In the months following the event Whirlpool brand had a significant increase in sales of products that were featured at the event.
