Every year Whirlpool Canada needs to turn retail sales associates into brand advocates at their Innovations Roadshow. A cross-country event that features the latest and greatest products from their appliance brands KitchenAid, Maytag and Whirlpool.
BTI provided a turn-key solution from generating sign-ups to customized invites to booking venues, planning set-ups, logistics, on-site management and event graphics. BTI even created a breakthrough idea that turned cold hotel conference rooms into multi-media home experiences. On top of all that, BTI produced the Roadshow Innovations Guide – a comprehensive sales tool containing every product feature that allowed attendees to focus on experiential learning.
Together we created thousands of personal engagements with a whopping 96% satisfaction rating. Best of all, the Roadshow set an all-time attendance record and positioned Whirlpool to have an all-time sales record.
